Fresh Start Facilitator

We are currently hiring for a Fresh Start Facilitator!

Under the direction of the Fresh Start Director, you will serve as a mentor, coach, navigator, and advocate for participants enrolled in the Fresh Start Job Placement Program. The Facilitator provides individualized support, guidance, and accountability while helping participants identify goals, overcome barriers, and access resources that promote long-term employment and self-sufficiency. This position develops and facilitates curriculum, creates individualized action plans, maintains accurate participant documentation, and collaborates with community partners to ensure participants receive the support needed to achieve lasting success.
