We are currently hiring for a part-time Bilingual Intake Specialist.

The Bilingual Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for community members, community partners, board members, donors, volunteers, and visitors entering Heart Ministry Center. This position plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment while ensuring community members are connected to the services and resources they need.

As a representative of Heart Ministry Center, the Intake Specialist must maintain a thorough understanding of all organizational programs, services, and community events to effectively guide individuals and promote the organization’s mission of providing a comprehensive, one-stop resource center.
