DESCRIPTION:You must schedule your appointment in advance. \nSITE VISIT DETAILS \nMethodist Mobile Mammography offers the area’s first and only 3-D mobile mammograms. Digital mammography provides several advantages to film mammography including better resolution\, easier to read scans\, and increased accuracy. \nThe Methodist Mobile 3-D Mammography coach will be at: Heart Ministry Center\nWhen: August 15th\, 9:00-2:30\nWhere: The coach will be parked outside of the Heart Ministry Center \nYou must schedule your appointment in advance. \nEach screening should take approximately\n10 minutes to complete. \nPlease contact your location’s site coordinator to request\nappointment availability. \nSite Coordinator: Daniel Alaniz\, 402-702-2156\, Daniel@heartministrycenter.com \nIS THERE A COST? \nThe cost of the mammogram is filed with the patient’s personal insurance company. Most insurance providers consider a mammogram to be health maintenance and cover the cost completely. No co­pay will be collected at the time of the exam on the Methodist Mobile Mammography coach. \nELIGIBILITY: \n– 40 years of age or older\n– One year since your last mammogram \n– Pre-registration is required NO walk-in’s will be accepted\n– Some form of identification
